How office clearance is priced
Businesses use the same published list as everyone else: a €100 call-out and labour charge in Dublin, plus a set price per item. An office desk is €20, a large desk €40, an office chair €10, a filing cabinet €20 and a large office printer or photocopier €35. Every price includes VAT, and the full list is on our price list.
A big clearance may need more than one van load. Your price covers every item on the list you accept.
A person checks every business job
The AI identifies the contents and our published catalogue sets the price. Individual items and whole-clearance load prices are available. A person checks every business job before payment. Return to the chat to review the confirmed quote and book. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. How the AI price works.
Your confirmation email includes a receipt with VAT shown. Glass Bag Recycling Ltd's VAT number is printed on it, so you can use it for your accounts.
Working around your business
We collect on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 14:00–16:00. Pick the slot that suits the building, such as the week before a fit-out or the last days of a lease. Someone needs to be on site to let us in, or access must be agreed in advance with you or building management.
Get your price by walking the office and photographing each room. Mention lifts, stairs, loading bays and where the van can stop. Keep screens, whiteboards and paperwork out of shot. We remove location data from your photos, and the assistant never sees your name or contact details.
