Why we price junk from photos
Getting junk removed often means phone calls, waiting for a callback or a visit just to get a price, and not being sure of the final cost until the van arrives. We wanted to change that.
So we built a service where you photograph your junk, see a fixed price for every item, and book and pay in the same chat. Our AI assistant identifies what's in your photos. Our published price list sets the price. A person checks anything big or unusual.
In October 2026 we became, as far as we know, the first junk removal service in Ireland to price jobs from photos with AI and let customers book and pay online in the same chat.
How it works explains each step, including what the AI can and cannot do.
How we work
- Two loaders on every job. They carry everything out from anywhere in the property, load the van and sweep up.
- Published prices. Every item has a fixed price on our price list, VAT included, plus one call-out and labour charge for your county.
- A person checks big or unusual jobs before you pay, as soon as possible during business hours.
- Changes agreed before we collect. If there's more on the day, we confirm any price change with you before collecting. Once you book, the price doesn't go down if you keep something. That's our price promise.
- Set collection days. We collect on weekdays, 10:00–16:00 (Mondays from 11:00; Thursday arrivals up to 16:00).
Where your junk goes
Everything we collect goes to authorised facilities, where it is sorted for recycling or disposal, as our waste collection permit requires.
Only give your waste to a collector with a waste collection permit, and check the permit number before you book anyone. We don't take rubble, soil or hazardous waste such as paint or asbestos.
Why we work in writing
We handle prices, bookings and questions in writing, through the chat and by email. Everything is written down, so nothing gets lost between you, our team and the crew.
The crew has your mobile number for collection day, in case they need you.
